HANA is a neighborhood association dedicated to interests affecting the Historical area of Arlington Heights.  You are our neighbors and your privacy is extremely important to us.  Rest assured that we will treat your information and privacy with the same respect as we do our own.

We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.

Information We Collect

The only personally identifiable information we collect is the information you provide in forms you voluntarily submit (Example: subscribing to the email list, providing "Neighborhood Services" information).

We never collect any information about your your usage of this web site. The only cookies that are placed on your computer are to save personal preferences and contain no personal information. Cookies are not required to use the site, and can be deleted at any time. Cookies have an expiration of 2 years.

How Your Information Will Be Used

Any information we collect will be used solely for the purpose specified.

Sharing of Information

We will never sell, share, rent, or give away any information you provide to anybody. Period.

E-Mail Policies

We will never send you unsolicited email.  The only reason you will receive email from us will be because you subscribed to the HANA email notification service or otherwise provided your email to HANA. The only emails we will send you will be to electronically deliver the newsletter or because there is a newsworthy item.

In you ever receive an email you don't want, simply reply to the sender. We will always use real reply-to addresses, and want to make sure you are only receiving email you want. You may also unsubscribe using the subscription page or by emailing the webmaster

If you use a spam blocker, make sure you allow email from the arlington-hana.com domain and from arlington.hana@gmail.com.
