How to give access to the online shared documents folder:
1. You must have access yourself first and be logged in with your account at http://drive.google.com.
2. Use the folder options to access the "Share..." settings and add desired Google accounts to the folder. Users added this way will have access to the entire contents of the folder. Specific file-level permissions can be set if you don't want to grant access to all files.
3. Clicking "Share & save" completes the process.
